Membership Process

1. Submit an application for each child joining Under Adria’s Wings.

2. You will receive a welcome email with information for the next steps which include scheduling:

1. Parent/guardian phone interview

2. Family Orientation - This is a time for you and your family to learn more about the programs offered at Under Adria’s Wings.

Complete the short form below. If you prefer, you can download the full application and return it by email to underadriaswings@gmail.com. Once we receive your application, you will be contacted by our Program Coordinator to begin the process. Refer a Family If you know of a family that could benefit from Under Adria’s Wings, please let them know about us! We are always open to welcome new members, and all programs are offered at no cost to families. Grieving families generally appreciate it when extended family and friends reach out to them to acknowledge their loss, offer support and connect them with resources. Please spread the word about Under Adria’s Wings and encourage parents/guardians to email us for more information.
